AGATHĒ delivers healthy, high-performance homes across Sydney's North Shore, combining building science, low-tox materials and a deep knowledge of the area's older homes to create spaces that feel as good as they look.
At AGATHĒ, we believe your home should actively support your family's wellbeing, not just look the part. Cleaner air. Safer materials. Stable temperatures. A space that quietly takes care of the people inside it, every single day. Our team of certified professionals build spaces that breathe, perform and endure, guiding you through every decision, from materials and ventilation to moisture control, with the clarity that makes the process feel calm and considered.
AGATHĒ takes a whole-home approach to healthy building, tailored to the North Shore's older housing stock and leafy, sheltered streets. Federation and interwar homes here are full of character, and just as full of original subfloors, uninsulated walls and roof spaces that were never designed for modern sealed living. Whether you're concerned about mould in a shaded gully home, condensation on winter glass, or the hidden chemicals in everyday building materials, we have the expertise and certification to address it: low-tox material selection, moisture and ventilation design, thermal performance and sustainable building practices that let a beautiful old home become a genuinely healthy one.
AGATHĒ is based in Wollstonecraft, so the North Shore is quite literally our home ground. We know the conditions that shape these homes: harbour humidity, deep tree canopy, shaded southern aspects and the gully microclimates where damp settles in and stays. Our local knowledge means we design and build for how these streets actually behave through a Sydney winter, not just how they look on paper.
