ABOUT US

At AGATHĒ, we are passionate about creating high-performing, healthy homes that stand the test of time. We strive to deliver spaces that are energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable. While achieving full Passive House certification may not be within every budget, we believe in incorporating as many of these proven principles as possible, tailored to each client’s goals and investment. This approach ensures every project benefits from smarter design, healthier living environments, and long-term value.

Founded in 2019, AGATHĒ is a family-owned renovations and extensions business serving Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches. We specialise in alterations, additions, first-floor extensions, and full house renovations—designed with your unique needs in mind.

Our name, AGATHĒ, comes from an ancient Greek word meaning "goodness." This isn’t just about quality craftsmanship; it’s about doing things the right way with integrity and care. We don’t just focus on what we build—we focus on who we are as a team and how we make you feel throughout the process. We believe that renovating your home should be an exciting journey, not a stressful one.

We know that for most people, their home is their most valuable asset, and the decision to renovate is a big step. That's why we take extra care to ensure your project stays on budget, on schedule, and aligned with your vision. Using advanced building management software, we maintain clear communication and transparency throughout, helping you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

Building is more than just a job for us—it’s a privilege. It's a chance to make a real impact and leave a lasting mark on the homes we renovate. Let us help you create a space where you and your family will make memories for years to come.
