SITE SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who takes ownership of their projects and wants to be part of a company that genuinely cares — about our people, our clients, and the homes we build.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in custom residential construction who understands that great outcomes come from planning, communication, and attention to detail — not rushing.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor at AGATHĒ, you’ll oversee the delivery of custom residential renovations and extensions across Sydney’s North Shore to Newcastle.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining site standards, managing workflow, and ensuring each stage of construction is executed safely and properly.

You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, Leading Hands, and carpentry team to ensure projects are delivered to program, within budget, and to the high standard our clients expect.

This is a leadership role for someone who values structure, sequencing, and professionalism on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily site operations across custom residential projects

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors to maintain workflow

• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and engineering documentation

• Managing construction sequencing to protect quality and program

• Monitoring WHS compliance in line with NSW regulations

• Conducting site inspections and quality checks

• Maintaining organised, safe, and professional sites

• Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams

• Identifying and resolving issues before they escalate

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have proven experience supervising custom residential builds or renovations in NSW

• Strong understanding of structural works and renovation sequencing

• Can confidently read and interpret architectural and engineering plans

• Are organised, proactive, and solution-focused

• Communicate clearly with trades, clients, and management

• Take pride in maintaining high site standards

• Hold a current driver’s licence

• Hold (or are willing to obtain) a White Card

Experience or interest in healthy / high-performance home construction is a strong bonus — particularly an understanding of moisture management, sequencing, and build quality behind the walls.
