A THOUGHTFUL STRUCTURAL MODIFICATION CREATED A FLUID OPEN-PLAN LAYOUT THAT UNITES THE HOME’S INTERIOR SPACE CAPTURING THE ESSENCE OF MODERN FAMILY LIVING.

In the heart of North Narrabeen, we had the pleasure of collaborating with visionary clients to transform their standard dwelling into an exquisite, functional family residence. Through thoughtful structural modifications, we achieved a fluid open-plan layout that unites the home’s interior spaces.

Externally, the home has been reimagined with contemporary cladding boards and an expansive, overheight aluminium sliding French door unit, blending indoor and outdoor living. The addition of elegant pergolas at the front and rear, featuring exposed sharknose rafter detailing, enhances the home’s character and charm.

This project not only elevated the property’s charm but also created a living space that is as welcoming as it is stylish, truly capturing the essence of modern family living.
